Harbaugh brings a winning culture with a remarkable 144-52 record as a collegiate head coach and a 49-22-1 record in the NFL. His coaching tenure with the San Francisco 49ers included three-straight NFC Championship Games and an appearance in Super Bowl XLVII.
Harbaugh's keen eye for talent and player development is evident in his coaching record. At Michigan, he coached nine eventual first-round selections, and during his time with the 49ers, he guided 17 players to a combined 30 Pro Bowl selections.
